Play Dough, Clay Toy, whatever you call it

     
I have heard that one day children loved playing with clay toys and making their own toys with natural resource they could afford until the industrial age. Clay toys were replaced by the plastic toys, which is more convenient to both parents and kids. Playing it became less and less common to every nation.
   However, some scientist said that there are a lot of benefits in playing clay toys.  It allows kids to use their imagination, practise using their finger to hold clay toys which is easy to deform unintentionally, and learn to be patient because the nice clay takes time and patience.

  Here are some pictures of my work , the Byzantine infantry. The hardest part of this was the scale plate armor. I also made the chi-ro symbol on his shield.

How to make Angry Bird miniature clay toys

Everyone loves Angry Birds, right? whether you use IOS or ANDROID .
So let's make our Angry Bird of our clay toys
Here's the way I made my Angry Bird. 


How to make Angry Bird miniature clay toys

                             

 1. prepare the clay toy  all we need is the red , black ,yellow and white. 

2.  Make the main body of red clay toy ,
beginning with a sphere and make some cure on it.

3. Now it comes to the white,  turn it into coin shape
 and attach it under the main body

4. Now we got the completed body.
 the next steps are to make black eyes liner ,
 white eyes,  inner black eyes, V shape eyebrow and yellow birds snout,
then attach it together.

5.  See?  it is so simple. I would appreciate it if you enjoy this stuffs.

Greeting, I am an industrial engineer in Thailand. Like others, I am finding better part of me. I originally meant to write this blog in order to show my clay toy art works and I believe there are people interested in it as well.
